"Finding Light in Shadows"
I feel someone next to me one day and I turn and look and there's this little girl says she is lost. Her hair is matted not clean, looks like it hasn't been brushed in a very long time. Her clothes are dirty and too small on her. She has no shoes on; she is barefooted wandering on the city streets. She has unkempt mousey blonde hair, a little button nose a tiny little thing she is. I'd say she is about 4yrs old. Absolutely adorable!
I said to this little girl, are you okay baby girl? With tears swelling in her eyes, she said I'm scared I don't know how to get home. I said with concern, well how did you get here? With her little hands shaking and tears running down her little face, she says the Monster was chasing me. She starts to wipe her eyes of her tears with her little dirty hands and now the dirt is smeared all over her face. So, I bend down to help her wipe her tears and try to console her. I asked her, what is your name? she replies I don't know. I asked her, where is your mom? she replies I don't know. Where is your father? she replies I don't know. I asked, when is the last time you have eaten something? she replies I don't know.
I take her hand and say you will be okay, let's walk. As I hold her little hand and I can feel her internally trembling.

A journey with a little lost girl begins. So, as we are walking, I asked can you tell me about those monsters? She says, they scare her and chase her. And if they catch her, they yell and hit her. I asked, what do they look like? She said they don't have faces just black shadows. She says there are lots of shadows that chase her. I replied, do the shadows chase you a lot? She said yes, they even chase her when she is sleeping. I said hold my hand tight don't let go. I won't let them chase you, yell at you, hit you. I will not let them make you feel fear anymore!

I continue to walk down the road with her. I said your mom must miss you dearly, she said no. I said sure she does, she loves you more than the night sky full of stars. She looks up at me and says, what is love? I said, you know when your mom hugs you the feeling you get from that. She said, what is a hug? I said why don't we get you something to eat and we will talk about love while we eat. She said am I allowed to eat? I said of course you are!
I took her into a small neighborhood pizzeria; we took a seat at a booth and placed our food order. I told her that she could choose anything she desired. The joy in her eyes was unlike any excitement she had experienced before. I told her I needed to use the restroom to sit tight I will be right back. Upon my return from the restroom, I noticed that the little girl was no longer there. I was frantic, I asked the waitress if she seen the little girl I came in with. / She replied, Ma'am you didn't come in here with anybody.... What!
Over the years, the little lost girl has continued to return to see me. She remains unchanged, showing no signs of aging. She is trapped in a constant cycle of running, solitude, fear, and suffering. I offer her comfort, providing the affection and care she has always lacked. As she walks beside me, I sense the gentle pull of her hands on my soul, a silent reminder that she is here.
Meet Christina, the "Lost Little Girl." It turns out, that lost girl was me all along! While I have escaped the shadow, the little girl within me resurfaces from time to time, sparking the chase once more. It took years of pursuit, but I finally discovered the light beyond the shadow. With the help of my Spirit Guides, I learned to navigate towards the light of Love, Hope, and Peace. This journey is ongoing, filled with battles and pursuits, but the shadow no longer defines me. The shadow people where my life lessons.

I have learned about Self-Love through my Spiritual Journey, Self -Love is a vital aspect in a spiritual journey. Self-Love involves recognizing our worth, embracing our uniqueness, and treating ourselves with kindness and compassion. One of many processes of Self-Love that I needed was the "Healing and Forgiveness". It involves confronting past wounds and traumas. Self-Love acts as a healer, prompting us to forgive ourselves and others. It has helped me to move forward and embrace my spiritual path with a lighter heart. On my journey, Self-Love has been both my compass and foundation for which I build my growth on. It has given me a deeper connection to myself and the universe.
When the lost little girl approaches me, I embrace her, express my apologies, and reassure her that we are now safe and will be okay. I guide her into the light, which represents a return to her true home and is a reflection of my heart. She is freed from being trapped in the past, fleeing from shadows. She no longer harbors fear towards anyone or anything. I reveal her name - CHRISTINA!
She will no longer be muted, disrespected, unworthy, lonely, or unattractive.
Sending Peace, Love, Healing White Light to you ❤️💫🧘♀️✨🕊️
